Late summer sunflower stunners!
I recently did a wedding with a sunflower theme. My bride – Jo really liked the flower and wanted it as a theme throughout. It was a little bit different from the standard rose buttonhole. Each guest from the wedding party had a different flower in their buttonhole or corsage….it was a colourful display! Jo even grew her own baby sunflowers and gave them to me to wire for the Groom’s buttonhole! A really special touch to make it truly personal. The bride and bridesmaids bouquets were made up of sunflowers, purple lisianthus and complimentary foliage…..a stunning combination and real fun. Here are a few of the designs:

A cream avalanche rose, lavender, eucalyptus and ivy leaves.

Homegrown baby sunflowers!

A single sunflower comforted by ivy leaves.

Pink and cream freesia.
